Quality Assurance Managers

In line with our commitment to deliver a high quality service to our customers, we also take cognisance of the environment.  Rentokil has appointed Quality Assurance Managers (QAM) to facilitate this process.

The QAM have extensive expertise and technical know-how and adhere to best practice polices at all times.

Regular quality assurance surveys are conducted at most of our customers to ensure that our service teams are executing the appropriate services within the Health & Safety parameters of the site.

The QAM responsibility is extended to providing the on-going training and development to service teams.

The “audit system “ that is utilised by the QAM allows for further development in our business processes and products & services that we offer.

The QAM understands our customer’s needs and risks associated with their unique environments thus ensuring that our service delivery is in line.

Our team of QAMs aim to meet and exceed our customer expectations by bringing international standards to the local market.
